Cool Ponds is searching for candidates to join our install team. No pond or water feature experience is required. We will train you!

• Work Tuesday through Friday, 10 hour days -- enjoy three day weekends
• Two Saturdays in the spring are requested but not mandatory

Please note: Cool Ponds Crew Members work the end of February through mid December.

Requirements for this position:

• Be able to work within a team and also independently
• Able and willing to work in all weather conditions - heat, cold, rain
• One season landscape or similar outdoor labor experience required
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Capable of and enjoy physical labor - some experience preferred
• Some lifting of up to 50lbs is required
• Dependable transportation to our office
• A valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• No tobacco use of any kind during working hours - no exceptions

Benefits of this position:

• Hourly wage is $21 to $24 per hour based on experience
• Paid vacation and personal days
• Health insurance stipend after 4 months employment
