Landscape Crew Members-All Locations
Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for a Landscape Crew Members to join its growing team! We are hiring for all branches across the company. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with opportunity for long-term career opportunities. We pay weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
- Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
- Hand pulling weeds
- Picking up trash and yard debris
- Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
- Other responsibilities as directed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
