Landscape Crew Members - Skid Loader Operator

Seeking motivated persons to BUILD with us performing landscape installs and winter snow removal work, YEAR ROUND WORK! Previous experience helps, pay is commensurate on experience.

We build retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, beachfronts, tree installation, snow plowing and salting in winter months.

Heavy equipment and driving company vehicles will be a daily occurrence. Uniforms provided. Work trucks provided. Come build with us!

POSITION SUMMARY

Build and install landscape projects around the St. Croix River Valley with a high emphasis on running a skidsteer loader for our crew.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to perform tasks related to softscape install such as mulch, sod, and plant material installation
• Assists other crew members in hardscape installation like block walls and patios!
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job site
• Provides excellent customer service
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment

QUALIFICATION

Required

• Valid Drivers License (Clean driving Record)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• skid steer experience is a must
