Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Landscape Design Assistant to support our design and sales process. This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into a full-time Landscape Designer role for the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and administrative support, and wants to grow within a high-performing landscape company.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and clean up landscape designs using Dynascape
• Assist in preparing professional design presentations for clients
• Conduct occasional site visits for measuring and evaluating properties
• Support scheduling of client meetings and site visits
• Assist with answering calls and following up with clients
• Help keep design projects organized and moving forward efficiently

Qualifications

• Required: Experience with Dynascape
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Basic knowledge of plants and landscape design principles (preferred)
• Comfortable working both in-office and occasionally in the field
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
