Landscape Design Build Foreman (Bilingual Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of landscape installation crew on job sites
• Interpret landscape design plans and ensure projects are completed according to specifications
• Oversee the installation of hardscapes, plantings, irrigation systems, and other landscape features
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and teamwork
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to Production Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction or a related field
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required

Offered compensation: $19/hr - $25/hr
