Alpha Zeta is a growing landscape design/build company in Martin County seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Landscape Design + Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is NOT an entry-level drafting position.
We are looking for someone who can confidently guide clients through the design and sales process while helping our company continue to scale and modernize operations.
ABOUT US:
Since 1985, Alpha Zeta has specialized in high-end landscape design, installation, outdoor living, and property transformations throughout South Florida. We are currently building new systems, refining operations, and preparing for major future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend client consultations and site visits
- Help guide clients through the design and project development process
- Assist with concept development and project vision
- Coordinate photos, measurements, notes, proposals, and project information
- Utilize CRM, design, estimating, and project management software to maintain organization and workflow
- Coordinate outsourced rendering/design support when necessary
- Follow up with leads and clients professionally and promptly
- Assist in converting opportunities into sold projects
- Work closely with ownership and operations staff to maintain project momentum and communication
- Help maintain company systems, workflows, and client experience standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Landscape design/build experience with Native Florida Landscapes
- Sales and client-facing experience
- Understanding of landscape design software, CRM systems, estimating software, and project management tools
- Experience with programs such as PRO Landscape, Structure Studios, Dynascape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, CompanyCam, Trello, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license required
COMPENSATION:
Competitive salary + incentives/bonus structure based on experience and performance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
