Landscape Designer

Job Summary:

The Landscape Architect & 3D Visualizer is responsible for designing creative, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces, and producing high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and presentations. This role combines landscape design expertise with advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects.

• Create realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs using design software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit).

• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and project teams to ensure design consistency and integration.

• Prepare planting plans, material selections, and mood boards.

• Produce high-quality presentation materials, including rendered plans, sections, and perspectives.

• Assist in preparing construction documentation and landscape specifications.

• Revise and update designs based on client or management feedback.

• Conduct site visits to understand context, assess progress, and ensure design intent is maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience in landscape design and 3D visualization (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Revit.

• Strong understanding of landscape materials, planting design, and sustainable design principles.

• Excellent sense of aesthetics, detail, and composition.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a landscape design or architectural firm.

• Experience with Middle East landscape projects is an advantage.

• Knowledge of irrigation and hardscape detailing is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
