Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor's degree in a design-related field is a plus

Must be able to pass a background check.

Software Skill Requirements- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Drivers license

Reliable transportation to the job site or shop

Working Conditions:

Working in a team environment or independently

Required to work outdoors in all primary job functions in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather).

What you’ll do:

Develop comprehensive landscape designs using software like AutoCAD and Adobe to create plans and visualizations

Prepare detailed documents and specifications

Work with team to build construction projects from conception to completion

Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.

Ensure use of proper equipment and adhere to safety standards and precautions.

Performs other duties as assigned

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Skills we’re seeking:

No landscape install experience required; we will train you!

Detail oriented and ability to take/follow directions

Willingness to engage in physical labor and learn

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well with a team
