We are seeking a motivated Landscape Designer/Architect (1–3 years’ experience) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who wants to gain hands‑on experience across design, planning, entitlement, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

You’ll contribute to projects from concept through construction documentation while working closely with our landscape architects and planners, and collaborate with our design partners too.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptual site design, master planning, site planning, planting designs and construction details.
  • Prepare plans and details using AutoCAD
  • Prepare graphics and presentation materials using SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support planning team with occasional entitlement and regulatory submittals
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants
  • Contribute to grading coordination and construction documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in landscape architecture
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required
  • Experience with SketchUp and/or Lumion required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred
  • Strong design sensibility and graphic presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively as a team member
