Landscape Designer - I

Christine London Ltd is a renowned landscape design firm that seeks a Junior Landscape Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of related experience, is dedicated and passionate about the pursuit of design excellence and professional growth, enjoys collaboration, has a positive attitude, and possesses outstanding design skills.

Responsibilities:

· Preparing presentation packages

· sketching schematic design

· design development – details, and managing drawings

· Preparing construction documents

· Onsite observation (supervised by PM): Note-taking and assisting Project Manager

Desired Skill Set:

· AutoCAD – proficient in CAD with clear understanding of technical drawings – plans, sections, and elevations

· Adobe Creative Suite – Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

· Microsoft suite

· SketchUp is a plus, but not required – graphic renderings and presentation

· Rhino is a plus, but not required

· Perspective Drawing – strong rendering skills for master plans, perspectives, elevations and sections

· Knowledge of Construction Documentation

· Strong writing and communication skills

· Strong note-taking skills

· Graphic design/ layout skills

· Detail oriented

· Works well with others in a team environment
