Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Landscape Designer with strong sales skills to join our team. This role combines design expertise with client relationship management, guiding customers from concept to completion while driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, offering strong earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Design Development: Create landscape designs, plans, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with installation teams to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
• Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
• Commission: Earn additional income based on closed sales.
