Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant with a passion for luxury landscape design and a talent for sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and selling high-end landscape projects, demonstrating both artistic vision and business acumen. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present custom landscape designs tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess project scope, budget, and site conditions.
• Create detailed landscape plans, 3D renderings, and material selections to showcase design concepts.
• Generate sales by effectively communicating the value and vision of designs to clients.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts, ensuring clear communication of project scope and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain relationships with high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to continuously enhance design offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end landscape design and sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of plant materials, hardscape design, lighting, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales in a competitive, high-end market.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional in client interactions.
