Landscape Designer/Project Manager

Overview
The Designer/Project Manager is responsible for meeting with new and existing clients, creating innovative landscape designs and overseeing project planning, budgeting, procurement, and on-site execution. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have specific knowledge of landscaping materials; soils, mulch, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.
  • Knowledge of regional plant materials, irrigation, grading, and landscape construction techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must provide high level of customer service
  • Must be able to operate trucks, mowers and other landscaping equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Experience:

  • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, pruning, and fine gardening
  • 3-5 years landscape, hardscape, and/or construction estimating experience
  • Ability to read, interpret, and modify formal construction plans

Optimal:

  • Degree or certificate in horticulture or related field
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
