Landscape Driver/Crew Member
Job Description
The Landscape Driver / Crew Member is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport crews, equipment, and materials to and from job sites while actively participating in daily landscaping duties. This role is a working position that requires both driving and hands-on fieldwork to support landscape maintenance and installation projects.

The Landscape Driver / Crew Member is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport crews, equipment, and materials to and from job sites while actively participating in daily landscaping duties. This role is a working position that requires both driving and hands-on fieldwork to support landscape maintenance and installation projects.
Driving & Transportation
- Transport crew members, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and trailers
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately
Landscaping Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal
- Assist with planting, irrigation, mulch installation, and seasonal clean-ups
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Essential Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the landscape industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
