Landscape Engineer (Design & Site Supervison)

Conin International Consultants is hiring an experienced Landscape Engineer with strong expertise in design and site supervision to join our Dubai team.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review landscape design drawings, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, civil, and MEP teams
• Review and approve landscape material submittals and shop drawings
• Supervise landscape works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
• Monitor contractor progress and remember workmanship quality
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare technical/site reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Landscape Engineering / Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong background in landscape design and construction supervision
• Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority approvals
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant design software
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
