Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader

Job Summary
Join our professional landscape team as a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader and lead the charge in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning environments. In this role, you will oversee daily field operations of landscape enhancement projects, directing a 3 to 5 person crew, through manintenance, planting, irrigation and hardscape construction project. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote best practices in horticulture and maintenance, and drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members, assigning tasks related to landscape maintenance, planting, construction, and irrigation
• Oversee the execution of landscape enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
• Conduct site assessments to determine project scope, including lawn care, tree care, gardening, and horticulture improvements
• Provide hands-on guidance in landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and soil preparation
• Coordinate with clients or project managers to understand project goals and communicate progress effectively
• Maintain equipment and tools related to landscaping, irrigation systems, and construction activities

Skills

• Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, and horticulture practices
• Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and gardening methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor space improvements
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
