Landscape Enhancement Forman

Position Summary

Total Landscape Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on landscape experience and the leadership presence to run high-end residential projects to exacting standards.

This is a leadership role, not a labor-only position. You will be responsible for executing, organizing, and delivering premium landscape projects including grading, drainage, sod, plantings, hardscape, and site work — while managing crew performance, quality control, and jobsite professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a landscape construction crew on high-end residential projects
• Execute projects including:
• Grading, drainage, and site prep
• Sod installation and soil preparation
• Planting, bed construction, and landscape detailing
• Hardscape, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor features (depending on experience)
• Read and execute project plans, scopes, and job instructions with accuracy
• Maintain jobsite quality, efficiency, safety, and organization
• Ensure all work meets Total Landscape Solutions’ premium standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew workflow daily
• Identify issues early (site conditions, drainage, soil, grades, access, etc.) and communicate solutions
• Operate and oversee equipment use (skid steer, mini skid, plate compactor, saws, etc.)
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and trucks in professional condition
• Represent the company with professionalism, leadership, and respect on every property

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of landscape Enhancement / installation experience (Required)
• Experience leading or supervising a crew (Strongly Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Grading and site prep
• Drainage systems
• Sod and planting installation
• Hardscape or structural landscape construction (a plus)
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and execute jobs without hand-holding
• Strong attention to detail — straight lines, clean finishes, correct elevations, tight installs
• Strong problem-solving skills and jobsite decision-making ability
• Skilled in equipment operation and jobsite safety
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
