Position/Title: Landscape Enhancement Team Leader

Position Overview: Oversee and operate as a team to provide weekly landscape enhancement service for commercial and residential clients. Includes, but may not be limited to shrub trimming, plantings, mulch, retaining walls, and other installation techniques.

Description of Responsibilities: The Landscape Enhancement Team Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily oversee, operate, and lead a maintenance/enhancement/installation crew on residential and commercial properties
• Knowledge of sod, shrub trimming, plantings, mulch, retaining walls, and other installation techniques
• Demonstrated knowledge of machinery including but not limited to: dingo, sod-cutter, cement saws, chainsaws, rototiller, aerators, and power-washers

Qualifications/Requirements: The Landscape Enhancement Team Leader should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience

• Minimum one-year maintenance and/or Installation experience; required
• Valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s preferred) and clean driving record; required
• Be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run; required
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times; required
• Team Leader/Foreman experience; preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
