Next Level Landscaping is a rapidly growing, full-service landscaping and hardscaping company serving the Capital Region. With multiple crews and high-end projects, we specialize in lawn maintenance, patios, outdoor living spaces, and full property management.

We’re looking for experienced leaders who take pride in their work and can run efficient, professional crews.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage both people and projects efficiently.

You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 employees
• Oversee daily job site operations from start to finish
• Perform and supervise:
• Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging)
• Landscape installs (planting, mulch, grading)
• Hardscape projects (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Operate equipment (skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc.)
• Read and execute job layouts and plans
• Communicate with management and occasionally clients
• Ensure quality control and efficiency on all jobs
• Train and develop crew members
• Maintain equipment and enforce safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in landscaping or hardscaping (preferred)
• Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Paver installation
• Site prep and grading
• Planting practices
• Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors daily

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• 40–50+ hours per week in season (Weather Dependant)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
