Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As a key team leader, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise crew members, and execute landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks with precision. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations while maintaining a safe and productive work site.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and landscaping activities across multiple sites.
• Lead and motivate a team of crew members to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
• Oversee landscape construction projects including planting, grading, irrigation installation, and hardscape work.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventories to optimize productivity.
• Provide training on horticulture best practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and maintenance procedures.
• Perform snow removal services during the winter months. Pay for snow removal will be $88/hr.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crew members effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations related to construction sites and outdoor work environments.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $26.10 - $30.00 per hour
