Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation, and general gardening tasks
• Lead landscaping and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Manage crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and proper use of equipment and materials
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticulture practices, equipment operation, safety procedures, and customer service
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care techniques
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to outdoor environments
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment
• Familiarity with equipment operation, safety standards, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
