Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of landscape projects and maintenance activities. This role is vital in ensuring that outdoor spaces are beautifully designed, meticulously maintained, and safely executed. As a Landscape Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality standards are met across all landscaping tasks. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects on time, within scope, and to client specifications
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation, and horticulture tasks
• Manage construction projects such as installing new landscapes, hardscapes, and outdoor features
• Ensure proper tree care practices are followed for health and safety purposes
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and safety compliance
• Provide training and guidance to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for daily operations while ensuring proper maintenance

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, and horticulture
• Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and motivate staff
• Knowledge of landscape design principles and horticultural best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to landscape maintenance and construction efficiently
• Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers
• Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment
• Spanish speaking is a huge PLUS

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
