Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations.
• Plan and execute landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, planting, etc.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, on time, and meets quality standards.
• Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the landscape field.
• Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of landscape materials, plants, and irrigation systems.
• Proficient in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Valid driver's license.

Experience and License Requirements

• 5 Year's Hardscape Experience
• Driver's License
