Meadows Farms is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Foremen and Trainees across our Planting, Hardscape, and Maintenance departments.

Foremen Positions

Lead and supervise crews of 2–4 team members on a variety of landscape projects, including:

• Tree & shrub installation
• Garden ponds & water features
• Patios, walkways, and decks
• Full-service grounds maintenance

Foremen will work within one of our core divisions: Planting, Hardscape, or Maintenance.

Trainee Positions

No experience? No problem. We’re looking for hardworking individuals ready to learn and build a career in the landscape industry.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Good physical condition (outdoor, hands-on work)
• Foremen: Prior experience in Planting, Hardscape, or Maintenance required
• CDL not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
