Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators and lawn mowers
• Perform landscape tasks including planting, pruning, tree care, lawn care, mowing, hardscape installation, and irrigation setup
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as fertilizing, watering, weed control, snow plowing, and seasonal clean-up
• Assist with horticulture practices including gardening, tree trimming, and plant health management
• Support construction activities related to landscape projects, including site preparation and hardscape installation
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work preferred but not required; training available for motivated learners
• Mechanical knowledge helpful for operating and maintaining equipment like excavators and power tools
• Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, gardening, and snow plowing is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols during all project phases
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute effectively within a crew environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.57 - $30.80 per hour
