Landscape Construction Foreman – Pavers, Travertine & Artificial Turf

$28-$35+ per hour DOE | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (3 Days Off Every Week)

Taylormade Landscapes is one of Las Vegas' premier outdoor living contractors specializing in luxury residential landscape construction.

We build custom outdoor living spaces including paver patios, travertine installations, artificial turf, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, landscape lighting, and complete backyard transformations.

We are currently hiring experienced Landscape Construction Foremen who can lead a 3-man crew and manage high-end residential projects from layout through final walkthrough.

THIS IS NOT A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE POSITION.

ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & Project Management

• Lead and supervise a 3-man installation crew
• Manage daily production and job site efficiency
• Delegate tasks and maintain project schedules
• Train and develop crew members
• Maintain job site safety and organization
• Conduct final quality inspections

Landscape Construction & Hardscape Installation

• Install pavers, travertine, flagstone, and custom hardscapes
• Construct retaining walls and seating walls
• Install artificial turf systems
• Build outdoor kitchens and BBQ islands
• Install fire features and outdoor living elements
• Perform grading, drainage, and site preparation
• Install irrigation systems and landscape materials

Layout & Equipment Operation

• Read landscape plans and construction drawings
• Establish elevations and grades
• Perform project layout and measurements
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and related equipment
• Ensure proper base preparation and compaction

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Foreman, Hardscape Foreman, or Landscape Construction Supervisor
• Experience installing pavers and/or travertine
• Experience leading landscape construction crews
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, compaction, and site preparation
• Ability to read plans and execute layouts
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors year-round

Preferred

• Outdoor kitchen construction experience
• Fire feature installation experience
• Landscape lighting installation
• Blueprint and construction plan reading
• Experience with luxury residential projects
