Residential Construction | Full-Time | Leadership Role

We’re a growing residential construction company hiring a hands-on Foreman to lead day-to-day job site operations.

This is a working leadership position. You will be on the tools, setting the pace, handling advanced tasks, and leading a small crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the team and the client.

This role reports directly to ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading daily on-site production
  • Running brief morning stand-up meetings
  • Planning the day and setting expectations
  • Completing advanced installation tasks
  • Maintaining job site organization and standards
  • Coordinating materials and anticipating needs
  • Providing short daily updates to the homeowner and ownership
  • Training and mentoring crew members
  • Helping build repeatable job site systems as we grow

You will not be buried in paperwork.
You will be leading from the front.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience
  • Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • High standards for workmanship
  • Comfortable communicating with homeowners
  • Self-motivated and dependable

You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to care.

Compensation

This position starts hourly during a 90-day probationary period, with compensation based on experience and leadership ability. After successful completion of probation, this role transitions to a salaried leadership compensation structure with performance bonuses and profit-sharing. Total compensation for the right candidate can grow well beyond the hourly starting range.

Salary Potential

Base Salary: $58,000–$62,000 (based on experience)

  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $6,000 per year
  • Profit Share Opportunity: Performance-based
  • Total Realistic Compensation: $65,000–$75,000+

Top performers can earn $80k+.

Long-Term Opportunity

As we add additional crews, there will be opportunities for expanded leadership responsibility for the right person.

Some people thrive long-term as elite Foremen.
Others grow into broader operational leadership roles.

While we are hiring for one Foreman / Team Lead, strong candidates who are not yet ready for that role may also be considered for other field positions.

Relocation may be considered for the right candidate, but immediate local/regional availability is strongly preferred.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
