Landscape Working Supervisor (Crew Leader)

Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Northern New Jersey

We are seeking a hands-on Working Supervisor to join our growing landscape team. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role — we are looking for someone who leads from the front, works alongside the crew, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

What You’ll Do

• Drive company truck and transport crew/equipment to job sites
• Lead and work alongside crews on landscape projects
• Oversee daily job execution (plantings, grading, installs, maintenance support)
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on every site
• Communicate with management regarding progress, needs, and issues
• Help train and guide team members in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or similar field
• Proven ability to lead a crew while actively working
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving trucks with trailers and equipment
• Strong work ethic — someone who shows up ready to perform
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
