WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and motivate a field crew on daily maintenance and installation projects
• Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards
• Communicate with management on job progress, materials, and any issues
• Safely operate and maintain landscape equipment and company vehicles
• Manage materials and tools on the job site
• Participate in seasonal snow removal operations
• Represent Traditions Landscape Group professionally with clients on-site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of landscape experience (maintenance and/or installation)
• Prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Snow removal experience a plus
