Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise a team of landscapers and maintenance staff, and collaborate with clients to bring beautiful, sustainable landscapes to life. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing landscaping tasks from initial planning through completion, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repairs
• Manage construction tasks such as site preparation, grading, planting beds, and hardscape installation
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Provide guidance on horticultural practices, tree care, gardening techniques, and general landscape upkeep
• Inspect ongoing work for quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project flow and resolve issues promptly

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance environments
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and lawn care
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscaping projects
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with landscape tools, equipment operation, and safety standards
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
