Landscape Garden Crew Member

Saline Landscape Company is searching for enthusiastic garden/ landscape maintenance crew members. We’re a landscape and design company that believes in craftsmanship, sustainability, and custom work.

Garden and landscape maintenance team members are responsible for a variety of job tasks (including physical labor) in order to assist with the completion of landscape projects. This crew is softscape oriented and may also assist with some hardscape components.

Job duties include:

• Planting
• Weeding
• Clearing brush
• Spreading mulch
• Watering plants and trees
• Trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Sod installation
• Edging

Must be able/willing to use tools such as trimmers, hedge clippers, hoes, chainsaws, shovels, and rakes. Must have a valid driver's license.

Our ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to be a part of a solid landscaping team. Interest in plants, softscapes, and equipment operation are essential.

A typical schedule is Monday - Thursday with part-time, full-time, or overtime if desired. Some Friday work is expected depending on weather.
