Landscape Gardener

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Gardener to maintain and enhance landscaped areas, flower beds, shrubs, and ornamental features. The ideal candidate takes pride in detail-oriented work and enjoys working outdoors in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, weed, prune, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and ornamental plants
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design installations
• Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues
• Operate basic landscaping equipment safely (trimmers, blowers, hand tools, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support overall grounds maintenance efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and seasonal maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
