Landscape & Hardscape Construction Position

Position Overview:
As a Landscape & Hardscape Construction position at The Shoreline Group DBA Golden Sea Outdoors, you will help build and install high-quality outdoor living spaces for our clients in Saint Simons Island, GA, and the surrounding areas. This role involves assisting with landscape installation and hardscape construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting, and site preparation. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work and are eager to learn and grow in the outdoor construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, pavers, and retaining walls.
• Help with landscape installation including planting, sod, mulch, and basic grading.
• Prepare job sites and keep materials and tools organized.
• Safely use and maintain basic construction tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Prior experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Punctual, responsible, and dependable.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain an organized work style.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
