We are a landscape design/build company based in Columbia Station, Ohio, specializing in creating high‑end, award‑winning outdoor living spaces. Our projects include patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, plantings, and full‑property transformations.

Hardscape & Landscape Crew Members

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Installation of paver patios and retaining wall systems
• Operation of basic construction equipment
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Installing mulch, topsoil, gravel, and other landscape materials
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Woodworking skills are a plus

A valid Ohio driver’s license is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• landscape and hardscape: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Columbia Station, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
