Job Overview:

As a consultant for our comprehensive landscaping, hardscaping and snow removal company, you will be a key player in growing our client base. This role requires leadership, customer engagement and a deep understanding of horticulture, construction and the snow removal industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to listen, come up with creative visions and provide solutions
• Produce project designs and oversee installments
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with ability to think on your feet and change when issues arise
• Solid interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills with employees and subcontractors
• Natural instincts to balance confidence, humility and diplomacy – able to work with employees at all levels, from senior level executives to field workers

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors or Associates degree in a relevant field of study or an equivalent field experience
• Landscape experience, resulting in a clear understanding of different aspects of landscaping, turf maintenance, plant material, plant health, and sitework
• Hardscaping experience, resulting in a clear understanding of concrete / pavers / flagstone projects, retaining walls, fence installations, drainage systems and grading
• Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
• Possession of valid driver’s license
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

In office in Elkins Park

Onsite throughout Montgomery County

Hours: Flexible Hours
