We are looking for an experienced, driven Landscape/Hardscape Foreman who is ready to lead a team, take ownership of project quality, and grow with a company that rewards results. If you thrive outdoors, lead well, and want a place where your work actually matters, this is it.

What you'll do

Lead and supervise a crew of landscape workers in day-to-day field operations. Plan and execute landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging. Install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Manage planting projects with flowers, shrubs, and trees. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines. Operate equipment including mini excavators and skid steers. Train new team members on proper techniques and safety. Oversee irrigation system work and maintenance.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and lawn care. Demonstrated ability to lead a field team effectively. Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques. Proficiency operating landscape equipment including mini excavator and skid steer. Familiarity with irrigation systems. Great organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A hunger to grow, as we promote from within based on results, not tenure.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
