We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member who wants to learn the trade and grow with our company.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our installation team, you’ll help install a variety of outdoor projects including:

• Concrete curbing and flatwork
• Paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Retaining walls, fire pits, and water features
• Irrigation systems, drip lines, and french drains
• Landscape lighting and permanent LED lighting systems
• Sod, rock, bark, soil, and decorative boulders
• Trees, plants, and landscape beds

You’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple skills across landscaping and hardscaping, with raises available as your knowledge and contribution grow.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Friendly and respectful with customers and teammates
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to perform physical work for up to 10 hours per day
• Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
• Able to reliably get to and from work on time
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and phone

Industry experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person who is motivated to learn.
