Landscape & Hardscape Laborers and Foremen

Grand Island Greatscape is hiring Landscape Laborers and Hardscape Foremen / Crew Leaders for the upcoming season. We specialize in paver patios, retaining walls, grading, planting, and complete outdoor transformations throughout Western New York.

This is seasonal employment with the opportunity for continued work based on performance and workload.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and working outdoors.

Positions AvailableLandscape / Hardscape Laborer

Pay: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with paver patio and retaining wall installation
• Site prep, grading, and base installation
• Install mulch, sod, and plantings
• Operate hand tools and power equipment
• Maintain clean and professional job sites

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Experience preferred but not required

Hardscape Foreman / Crew Leader

Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew on hardscape and landscape installations
• Read and execute project layouts
• Oversee paver and retaining wall builds
• Operate skid steer, excavator, and compaction equipment
• Ensure job quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years hardscape/landscape experience
• Leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of grading and base prep
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
