A Hardscape Specialist at Royal Creations Landscaping is a rare and talented team member who works with a team to build outdoor living spaces for our clients. Our hardscape team specializes in the construction of paver and stone patios, block and stone walls, fire features , landscapes, lighting, sprinklers, and more.

Job Tasks

• Help to improve efficiencies of the Design/Build division by creating and managing production plans while keeping crews on task to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Manage material budget and labor hours for each job and come in at or under budget.
• Maintain quality control of details of the hardscape construction and live up to our Royal standards.
• Train staff on hardscape construction best practices as well as maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate various tools and equipment including truck and trailer, skid steer, excavator, concrete saws and much more.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a regular basis.
• Assist other crews/divisions as needed dependent on schedule and season.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times and foster a culture of safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience required, we’ll train our specific processes and procedures for success.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job. Lifting and working in the weather.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to learn software programs used for daily management of crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
