$17–$21/hr (Based on Experience) | Full-Time | Northern Virginia

Brennan’s Landscaping is hiring a dependable Landscape & Hardscape Team Member for the 2026 season.

We install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, plantings, and outdoor living spaces — while also handling seasonal landscape services such as spring cleanups, mulch installs, and property improvements.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow their skills in both landscape and hardscape installation.

This is not general labor. This is skilled outdoor work with room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with patio and retaining wall installations
• Perform base preparation, grading, and proper compaction
• Install drainage systems and plant material
• Complete seasonal services such as spring cleanups and mulch installs
• Safely operate power tools and job site equipment
• Load, unload, and secure materials properly
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites

We expect versatility — some days are heavy construction, some days are detailed landscape work.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Must be insurable under company auto policy
• Landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to follow direction and maintain quality standards

We build high-end projects and take pride in doing things correctly.

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$21/hr depending on experience
• 40–50 hours per week during peak season
• Overtime opportunities
