TurfWorks is Hiring – Landscape Helpers

TurfWorks is looking for dependable, hard-working landscape helpers to join our team. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit in well here.

Pay:
$16–$18/hour (based on experience and performance)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting crews with landscaping tasks
• Bed maintenance, clean-ups, planting, and install work
• Supporting the crew to keep jobs moving efficiently

Experience:

• Experience is a plus, but not required
• We will train the right person
• Any experience with landscaping tools is helpful

What We’re Looking For:

• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Works well with others (team-first attitude)
• Willing to learn and improve
• Takes pride in clean, quality work
• Looking for long-term employment—not just a short-term job

Schedule:

• Mostly Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends during rain-delay weeks
