Landscape Install Crew Leader / Líder de Cuadrilla(El paisajismo) – $23–$27/hr + Growth Opportunity

Job Summary

Join a fast-growing landscape construction team as a Crew Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run job sites, lead a small crew, and help deliver high-end outdoor projects.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and can lead without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 on landscape construction projects
• Install patios, drainage, grading, planting, and other outdoor features
• Read and follow landscape plans to ensure accurate installation
• Keep projects on schedule and maintain job site quality
• Operate and maintain equipment safely
• Communicate with the owner on job progress and any issues
• This is primarily a construction role, with occasional maintenance support as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in landscape installation or construction
• Previous leadership experience OR ready to step into a leadership role
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong understanding of landscape fundamentals (grading, drainage, lighting — not just planting/mulch work)
• Ability to read plans and execute work without constant direction
• Must speak English (Spanish is a plus)
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience operating equipment (mini skid steer, etc.) is a plus

Pay & Growth

• $23–$28/hour based on experience
