At LOVING, we are seeking Landscape Install Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take pride in building projects that leave a lasting impact on communities. As part of our crews, you’ll contribute to creating beautiful, functional landscapes while learning new skills and growing with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and craftsmanship. Travel time to the site and all hours worked on the job are paid, though return travel to the shop is not compensated. No driving responsibilities are required for this role, and Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like
Assist in the installation of landscape projects, which may include sod, plantings, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Prepare work sites by unpacking materials, organizing supplies, and ensuring alignment with project plans and the crew leader's guidance.
Safely and effectively operate hand tools and small equipment, including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and power tools under supervision.
Help with the setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems to ensure that installed landscapes receive adequate watering.
Keep the work area tidy by removing debris, organizing tools, and ensuring the site is left in a professional state.
Adhere to safety protocols and follow the crew leader’s directives to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Participate in seasonal activities such as snow removal, de-icing, and other weather-related tasks as needed.
Care for and store tools, equipment, and materials properly at the end of each workday.
Work collaboratively with team members to address on-site challenges and achieve high-quality results that uphold the company's standards.
Represent the LOVING professionally when interacting with clients, neighbors, or the public at job sites.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting the company's mission and core values of community, integrity, and impact.
What Sets You Apart
Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor work is preferred.
Ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
Capable of safely using hand tools and following instructions.
Adheres to attendance and punctuality policies.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Must pass a drug screening.
For driving roles: a clean driving record over the past three years and successful completion of a DOT medical exam.
