Landscape Installation

Position Summary

Rubicon is seeking motivated and hardworking Landscape Enhancement Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on landscape improvement projects including installations, upgrades, and property enhancements. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation and enhancement projects
• Install sod, mulch, rock, and planting materials
• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
• Perform property cleanups and landscape upgrades
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow project plans and direction from crew lead
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Represent Rubicon professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Irrigation or landscaping installation experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment for extended periods

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed
• Start times vary depending on project needs

Compensation & Benefits

• $19–$24 per hour (DOE)
