Landscape Team Member

Job Description:

A Landscaping Team Member is an important part of our installation process. Team Members will work under the direction of our Landscape Leader to complete landscaping projects on job sites.

Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of our Landscape Team Leader to compete landscaping projects for Iowa City Landscaping & Garden Center.

Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day.

Operate various tools and equipment as directed.

Always maintain a safe and clean job site.

Wears appropriate personal protective equipment as directed by project or equipment usage.

Follows all safety rules, company policies and regulations.

Completes all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Good communication skills.

Good physical condition.

Able to lift 60-80 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.

Able to work in outdoor conditions.

Positive work ethic.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Hours may vary based on demands.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance. Time and a half for 40+ hours.
