Landscape Installation Crew and Crew Lead

We are seeking installation crew and a crew lead to manage installations, organize materials and tools and be a good communicator with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew in various landscaping tasks.
• Plan and execute landscaping projects, including building new landscapes.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Train crew members on best practices for groundskeeping and landscape techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping with a focus on leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of landscape practices.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
