About the Role:

Landscape Images, Ltd. is hiring a Landscape Installation Crew Leader / Foreman to help lead the installation of beautiful residential landscapes across the New Orleans area. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can guide a crew through the day-to-day execution of landscape installation work.

Our installation work requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and recent hands-on experience in landscape installation, construction, horticulture, hardscape work, or a closely related field. We are looking for someone who can help translate plans into field execution, maintain job site organization, support quality control, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

What this Role Requires:

• At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in landscape installation, construction, horticulture, hardscape work, or a closely related field
• Prior experience leading or directing a crew in the field, preferably in a foreman, crew leader, or similar role
• Experience with tasks such as planting, grading, bed preparation, drainage-related work, material handling, site cleanup, and general landscape installation
• Basic knowledge of plant material, layout, and installation practices
• Ability to read, interpret, and help execute basic plans, layout instructions, and supervisor direction in the field
• Working knowledge of landscape tools and equipment operation
• Ability to maintain crew productivity, job site organization, and quality standards throughout the workday
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and clients when needed
• Ability to work outdoors in New Orleans weather and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to lead by example and maintain professional standards on client properties
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be 21 or older and able to pass background and drug screenings

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day installation work on residential landscape projects to company standards
• Direct crew members in the field and help assign tasks based on job priorities and site conditions
• Help ensure work is progressing efficiently, safely, and to the expected level of quality
• Perform and oversee planting, bed preparation, grading, material placement, cleanup, and other installation tasks as directed
• Support hardscape, drainage, irrigation, and related installation work as needed
• Help ensure plans, layout instructions, and installation details are followed accurately in the field
• Monitor job site organization, equipment use, and material handling throughout the day
• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, foremen, team members, and clients when needed
• Represent the company well on some of the finest residential properties in the New Orleans area
