We are seeking a dedicated Field Manager to join our team. This role is a leadership and mentorship position, reporting directly to the Field Director and occasionally to the Department Director. The Field Manager will be responsible for project management, quality control, and maintaining overall site conditions. This role requires a balance of on-site presence and administrative responsibilities, such as time tracking and receipt management.

Communicate daily with the Field Director

Manage client concerns and inquiries

Prepare weekly client emails, to be approved by the Field Director

Organize receipts and submit them to the Field Director weekly

Manage work tickets and time tracking

Allocate materials in Aspire for review by Field Director

Participate in client walkthroughs and project kick-offs

Provide leadership, work assignments, evaluation, training, and guidance to team members

Provide real-time site analysis to Field Director as project progresses

Make real-time decisions and change course for project efficiency with Field Director approval

Create unofficial but accurate depictions of installations (as-built drawings) if necessary

Operate all necessary equipment for the installation

Inspect quality as project progresses and redirect and correct if needed

Proven experience in project management and quality control
