Landscape Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specifications
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations and company standards
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Oversee all aspects of site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, lawn care, tree care, and hardscape construction
• Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment for all team members
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure work meets design plans and industry standards
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and maintenance schedules

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven supervising experience in landscape installation or related construction fields
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices including hardscape & soft scape installation, gardening, horticulture, lawn care, irrigation systems, and tree care
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and garden design principles
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and coordinate complex tasks effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
• Prior experience in supervising landscaping crews or horticultural teams is highly desirable

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
