Location: Northwest Indiana / Chesterton Area
Pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal with opportunity for year-round work

Position Overview

This position involves assisting with landscape installations and property maintenance for residential clients. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing natural stone patios, steps, and hardscape features
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennial gardens
• Mulching and garden bed preparation
• Lawn and property maintenance
• Site preparation and material movement
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Previous landscaping or construction experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays during peak season
